Why couldn't we have met long ago
Before the ghosts of the past ruled your soul
Before Life had dealt cruel blow after blow
And wounds were struck that heal so slow?
Wounds and hurt have built up a wall
That surrounds your heart, causes love to stall
But love is still there I can see it burn
Wanting to be free, released it yearns
To freely give what you gave before
The shame, the hurt had closed the door
To your soul precious light that peers through
Your eyes, your hands, your spirit still soothes
I can see it, can feel it, at the edge 'bout to break
Out of the bondage tear open the gates
And walk, no run to my arms true and sound
Let loose the flood tide of the love you have found
And fly with me darling leap, bound and delight
As young eagles soaring through the firewind of light.

In a world of their own
Full of anger, hurt, and pain
The seeds of deceit are sown
Think they are the ones to blame

Don't you here the children
Crying in the night.
Don't you hear the children
To little and scared to fight

In this life they could not cope
So then in comes another
There was always a ray of hope

Don't you hear the children
Growing wiser beyond their years
Don't you hear the children
Holding back the deeply buried tears

As the years go by as do the tides
They stat the same trapped by the lies
More than one inside they hide
No one listens to the heart breaking cries

Won't you hear the children
Reach out, touch, believe and love
Won't you hear the children
And free them from their pain.

My Road to Healing

I had never really know God until, I was in some turmoil a few years ago. This was before I knew of my Multiplicity. All my life I had searched for answers to questions that I never really knew. I was given this scripture, (Isa 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.) This was the start of my relationship with God.

The more I read and learned the greater strength I had. When I am in turmoil and distress I look to him for guidance.(1 Pet 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.) I know that he is there for me when I need him.

It's up to me to search cause I know he does not leave but I do.(Heb 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Heb 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Heb 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Heb 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.2 Cor 1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.)

I do my healing and helping of others with the grace of God and his wisdom.(Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.)
I thank God every day for allowing me to have the relationship with him and the mercy that he bestows on us. I know that I may not always walk the right path but I try to. I know that God knows how I feel and what is in my heart.(1 Sam 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

I have leaned on these above scriptures for my strength and healing. One of my 'brother's in Christ gave me these words once and I listen to them also:

FEELINGS IS THE VOICE OF THE OF THE BODY.
REASON IS THE VOICE OF THE SOUL OR MIND.
CONSCIOUS IS THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT.

This is my prayer for all of us. I wish you all a way to healing and know that he is with you also.(1 Cor 1:3 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 1:4 I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ)
